How we stay compliant
Prescription verified before dispatch
Prescription (Schedule H / H1) medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, reviewed by our registered pharmacist before any order is prepared — as required under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Genuine, branded medicines
We stock and dispense only genuine, branded medicines procured from authorised distributors, with full batch and expiry traceability.
Cold-chain handling
Temperature-sensitive and specialty medicines are stored and shipped under appropriate cold-chain conditions to protect quality.
Fair, lawful pricing
Medicines are billed at or below the printed Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Scheduled medicines are billed at or below the ceiling price notified by the NPPA under the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013.
GST tax invoice on every order
Every order is supported by a valid GST tax invoice showing our GSTIN, batch number and expiry — nothing hidden.
Your data, protected
Prescriptions and health data are treated as sensitive personal data, stored privately with reputed cloud providers (which may be outside India), and processed only with your consent, under the IT Act SPDI Rules 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
