By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place orders.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, patients and customers of Anavrin Life Sciences(“Anavrin”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders may be placed on behalf of a patient by a caregiver or family member, provided a valid prescription and accurate delivery details are supplied. We currently serve patients within India only, subject to serviceable pin codes.

Many products listed on this website are prescription-only medicines (Schedule H, H1 and C/C(1) drugs; Schedule X and habit-forming medicines are not supplied). Such medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner, strictly in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, and other applicable laws.

We may verify the authenticity and validity of any prescription before processing an order and may refuse, delay or cancel any order where the prescription is missing, incomplete, illegible, expired or appears invalid. You are responsible for ensuring that the prescription you upload is genuine and current.

Orders are placed on WhatsApp (or by phone): you tell us the medicine and quantity, and send the prescription. We then send you one written confirmation with the total. A contract is formed only when you accept that confirmation and, for prescription medicines, our pharmacist has verified the prescription. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors or regulatory restrictions.

Prices are not shown on this website because they change with procurement. Before you pay, our confirmation on WhatsApp states, in Indian Rupees: the price of each medicine (never above its printed MRP or the NPPA ceiling price), GST, any freight on trade orders (delivery is free for patients in India), and one all-inclusive total. You pay only that total — there are no hidden charges.

You can pay by UPI, bank transfer to Anavrin Life Sciences’ account, or a Razorpay payment link we send on WhatsApp. There is no payment on the website, and we never ask for card details, PINs or OTPs in chat. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will tell you before dispatch and refund in full if you choose to cancel.

We arrange delivery to serviceable pin codes across India; see our Shipping & Delivery Policy. The expected delivery date is confirmed for each order on WhatsApp. Temperature-sensitive and cold-chain medicines are handled and shipped under appropriate conditions; please ensure someone is available to receive such consignments promptly.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false prescriptions or information, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected.

Brand names, trademarks, logos and product images displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners and manufacturers and are used solely for the identification of genuine products. Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use such marks.

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anavrin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on website content, self-medication, incorrect information supplied by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, with an updated “last updated” date. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms.
