What happens after you order
General guidance, checked by our pharmacist. Your medicine's own leaflet and your doctor's advice always come first.
Ordering a specialty medicine from us takes a few simple steps. You pay only after you have seen and agreed to the written quote.
Step by step
- Message us on WhatsApp, or send your prescription from the website.
- Our pharmacist checks the prescription.
- You get a written quote on WhatsApp: the MRP, our price and the total.
- You confirm, and pay to Anavrin Life Sciences by UPI, bank transfer or a Razorpay link sent from our WhatsApp number.
- We pack the medicine in its sealed pack — fridge medicines in an insulated box with cold packs — with a GST bill showing the batch and expiry.
- We send you the tracking details, and delivery is free for patients across India.
Paying safely
- We only take payment to Anavrin Life Sciences, and only after you confirm your order.
- We never ask you to pay a personal account, and never ask for card numbers, PINs or OTPs.
Our hours
Our team works Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 7:30 pm. Messages sent outside these hours are answered first thing when we open.
